Which documents can be sent abroad

Express delivery accepts most personal and corporate documents weighing up to 2 kg: from contracts and powers of attorney to diplomas and bank statements. Below are the categories with explanations and links to detailed materials.

Personal documents

  • Passports and ID documents — with restrictions depending on the country and carrier.
  • Birth, marriage, and name change certificates.
  • Powers of attorney and other notarized documents.
  • Visa and immigration documents, invitations.

Educational documents

  • Diplomas, diploma supplements, school certificates.
  • Professional development certificates, language certificates.
  • Academic transcripts and records.

Business and financial documents

  • Contracts, commercial agreements, addendums, signed originals.
  • Bank documents and statements.
  • Statutory and corporate documents of companies.
  • Technical documentation, manuals, specifications.
  • Letters, photos, receipts, books — as paper attachments.

What to consider

The attachment category determines both the tariff and the processing procedure: documents are up to 2 kg, everything else is already tariffed as a parcel. Some attachment categories are prohibited for shipping — there is a separate article about this.
