Yes, SEMERO organizes international express delivery of product samples and other commercial shipments, provided the goods are allowed to be transported and imported into Ukraine.
This page is for express shipments up to 70 kg. For heavier cargo we recommend considering separate air freight options.
Depending on the route and shipment parameters, SEMERO can organize delivery through DHL, FedEx and UPS.
The need and procedure for customs clearance depend on the nature of the shipment, its value, customs regime and other circumstances. For commercial shipments SEMERO can arrange customs brokerage support.
Yes. Every international shipment receives a transport number that lets you monitor its movement.
Provide the origin country and city, the destination city in Ukraine, weight, dimensions and cargo description. Based on this information SEMERO will select a delivery option and calculate the cost.
We do not quote fixed transit times in advance. It depends on the destination, flight schedules, document readiness and customs clearance. During martial law, delivery times are provided on request — a manager confirms them for each specific shipment.
Air transport only. The network covers 220 countries worldwide; our core destinations are the USA, China and the EU.
A courier collects the shipment at the sender's address and hands it over at the consignee's address. You do not need to travel to a terminal.
By the air waybill (AWB) number you receive after pickup. Our AWB tracking section explains where to find the number and what the statuses mean; a manager can also check the status for you.
The price is calculated individually per destination, shipment type and weight. On the Destinations & rates page the rate is shown as “on request” — send a request or call us to get a price.
Yes. Each destination has separate services for cargo and for documents.
The basic package: invoice, packing list, contract or proof of payment, and a technical description of the goods. Certain categories also require certificates or permits.
Yes. We process export shipments: review documents, classify the goods, file the export declaration and support the cargo.
Yes. Our focus is B2B, but we also accept one-off shipments from individuals.
