How we work
1. Request and shipment details
You submit a request or call: destination, shipment type (cargo or documents), weight. A manager clarifies the terms and confirms that delivery is possible.
2. Document check
We review the invoice, packing list and specification: is there enough data for customs clearance and which documents need to be completed.
3. Door-to-door pickup and air transport
A courier collects the shipment at your address, an air waybill (AWB) is issued, and you track the shipment by its number.
4. Customs and delivery
Declaration, communication with customs, release of the shipment and courier delivery to the consignee's door.
