Important before shipping

Before sealing the envelope, check the recipient's name in Latin characters, the complete address with postal code, and a phone number with country code. For diplomas, powers of attorney and apostilled documents, also confirm whether the recipient needs the original, a notarised copy or a translation: the courier delivers the contents but does not verify their legal suitability in the destination country.
