Delivery cost calculator

Choose the direction, country, weight and shipment type — the calculator shows an indicative air delivery price. The final cost is confirmed by a manager.

or pick an approximate weight

The price is in UAH and covers door-to-door international delivery. Duties and taxes at customs clearance are paid separately. During martial law final transit times are confirmed by a manager.

How the price is calculated

Actual vs volumetric weight

Air carriers charge by the greater of two values: actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height in centimetres divided by 5000). Light but bulky cargo — plush toys or hollow packaging, for example — is rated by volumetric weight. The calculator uses actual weight; for bulky cargo a manager will refine the quote.

What the price includes

The calculator's rate covers door-to-door air transport: pickup from the sender, the international flight and delivery to the recipient's door. Charged separately: customs duties (duty and VAT for parcels over EUR 150), customs clearance services for commercial cargo, and permits if your goods category requires them.

Common questions about the calculation

Why can the final price differ from the estimate?

The calculator shows an indicative rate based on the country's zone and weight. The final cost is affected by volumetric weight, the exact pickup address, carrier fuel surcharges and the exchange rate on the payment date. A manager confirms the exact amount before dispatch.

Are customs duties included in the calculation?

No. Duties depend on the goods' value and HS code, not weight. For personal parcels over EUR 150 use the customs calculator; for commercial cargo a broker prepares the estimate.

How do I price a multi-piece shipment?

The rate is based on the total chargeable weight of all pieces. Add up the weight of every box and enter the total — or send the manager the dimensions of each piece for an exact quote.

Are there discounts for regular shipments?

Yes, businesses with recurring deliveries get individual terms. Tell the manager about your routes and volumes — we will prepare a personal offer.

What details are needed for an exact quote?

Prepare the origin and destination countries and postal codes, number of pieces, weight and dimensions of each box, a contents description and declared value. For goods, attach an invoice or draft invoice if available.

Are documents and cargo priced the same way?

No. A document shipment uses a separate rate table and must not contain goods. A box, sample or physical item is priced as cargo using chargeable weight and may require customs clearance.
