Temporary storage of cargo under customs control until release for free circulation. The goods stay in the warehouse while clearance runs: declaration, document checks, payment of duties. It is part of the overall clearance chain — the cargo does not idle in the carrier terminal or accumulate extra storage fees.

Cargo handling in the border zone: receiving batches, consolidating several shipments into one, transferring between transport modes before onward movement. The terminal lets shipments be formed next to the border instead of hauling cargo inland and back.
New 1000–2000 m² warehouse facilities
The expanded capacity allows large batches: pallet storage, separate zones for different cargo categories, addressed accounting of every piece. Suitable for companies with regular purchasing that need a buffer between the supplier and their own warehouse.
