What to prepare before dispatch
Send the manager the invoice, packing list, goods description, intended use and country of origin before the supplier hands the cargo to the carrier. We compare the product names, quantity, weight and value across the documents, check whether certificates or permits may be required, and agree the clearance scenario. If customs asks a follow-up question, the manager coordinates the response in one conversation instead of passing you between the carrier and a separate broker.
Commercial cargo clearance
A commercial shipment differs from a personal parcel: it requires a supplier invoice, packing list, contract or order, and company registration details. That is why clearance starts with documents, not with choosing a flight.
Import to Ukraine
We most often clear components, equipment and product samples. On import, customs checks invoice accuracy, correct HS codes and declared value — we verify all of this before the cargo departs.
Export from Ukraine
Exporting your own products requires an invoice, packing list and export declaration. We prepare the documents and coordinate with the carrier so the cargo crosses the border without delays.

What if some documents are missing?

Can cargo be cleared without a company?
Commercial shipments are cleared for a legal entity or sole proprietor. Individuals receive parcels under express-consignment rules — see the customs rules page for individuals.
How long does clearance take?
With a correct document set, express consignments usually clear within 1–2 business days. Delays are usually caused by incomplete documents or customs value queries.
What should I do if cargo is held at customs?
Send us the AWB number, current tracking status and available documents. We will identify the request, help prepare missing information or a customs response, and support the shipment through release.
