Why UPS does not deliver to Ukraine directly
UPS does not operate in Ukraine directly, so a UPS shipment cannot be booked to a Ukrainian address. If your supplier abroad ships goods only via UPS, the cargo must be received not in Ukraine but at a customs warehouse in a neighbouring EU country.
How the customs warehouse and T1 scheme works
- 1The supplier ships the cargo via UPS to the address of a customs warehouse in Slovakia, Poland or Hungary.
- 2The warehouse accepts the cargo, and we issue a T1 transit declaration.
- 3The cargo travels to Ukraine under T1 and goes through customs clearance.
- 4After release, the cargo is delivered to the recipient.
UPS via T1, DHL or FedEx: a comparison
The UPS scheme makes sense only when the supplier ships with UPS on favourable terms and the sender's price difference outweighs the extra stage. Otherwise we recommend DHL or FedEx with direct delivery to Ukraine.

Who can use the service
We accept UPS cargo via T1 for legal entities and sole proprietors (FOPs) only. The service is not available to private individuals. The customs clearance conditions for commercial cargo are determined by the broker case by case, so we agree them before shipping.
Tracking a UPS shipment
UPS tracking works via the waybill number on the carrier's official website — type the website address manually. There is also a convenient form on our UPS tracking page.
